The Kristen Strom Quartet presents a concert in this unique space .At the Break Room the performance is livestream and the performers are projected onto the windows visible outside on the street.
Kristen Strom will present a free masterclass at ths renowned jazz venue. In Strategies for Jazz Improvisation she will explore several dynamic ways to approach musical improvisation. The class will introduce progressive exercises based on listening, phrases, vocabulary, and form in order to open up new avenues of musical expression. Bring your instrument!
